The Rituals model was designed exclusively for De Rooy Steel Doors by Osiris Hertman. Osiris Hertman is renowned for his high-quality creations and unique designs. Our collaboration began in 2016. Over the years, we have worked together extensively, ultimately resulting in a collection of steel doors.

Rituals in the home

Osiris believes that more rituals are needed in a modern home. Things that once came naturally have largely disappeared from household life. With a longing for those past rituals came the inspiration for the Rituals model. Every time you open the door, Osiris wants you to pause for a moment and appreciate the beauty of your home. A well-designed interior is like nature—it brings peace.

Perfect material use

The Rituals model is defined by its choice of materials. Unique to this design is the inlay of natural materials at the handle. The design itself is simple, radiating calmness and elegance. The depth and sophistication of this model lie in the materials used. The combination of real wood and the authentic bronze feel brings tranquillity to both the door and the interior. It pairs perfectly with a subdued interior and, for example, soft wallpaper.
