Steel sliding doors with soft-close in Haarlem
In this characterful home in Haarlem, we installed a set of steel sliding doors. Our steel doors take centre stage as a partition between the tranquil kitchen/dining area and the vibrant sitting room. The Black Grey steel doors create a beautiful contrast with the bold colours in the sitting room and match perfectly with the dark kitchen island. This project was realised in collaboration with Strand NL. The photos were taken by Hans van der Vliet.
Steel doors with
quarter handles
For the sliding doors, the residents selected the new DRM-G7 handles. These are quarter handles, with the grip positioned vertically on the interior side. The handles are subtly integrated into the steel doors – visible, but without drawing all the attention.
Both the handles and the doors are coated in Black Grey (RAL 7021) with a fine texture powder coating. This fine texture gives the doors an extra bold and industrial appearance – a striking contrast to the vivid colours in the room.
