Bronze steel doors with bronze glass and leather

The homeowners selected bronze glass for their steel doors—a stunning complement to the overall design. Bronze glass adds warmth and elegance, with a soft brown hue that enhances privacy while still allowing ample light through. It brightens the space while softening harsh sunlight, making the room feel cosy and inviting. Bronze glass isn’t just practical—it adds a refined and stylish touch that retains its appeal over time.

Upon entering the classic hallway, the steel pivot doors welcome you into the spacious kitchen. These doors feature the Taut panel layout and a patinated bronze finish. Even the rosette of the FritsJurgens pivot mechanism is colour-matched to the door. The bottom panel of each door is clad in premium leather.

On the opposite side of the living room, we installed matching steel sliding doors with the same design features—including the leather-clad lower panel. These sliding doors are not only stylish but also space-saving, as they slide seamlessly into the wall.

For this project, we used bronze smoked glass—a clear glass with a bronze tint, often referred to as ‘smoke glass’. It maintains visibility while offering reduced transparency, making it ideal for separating spaces like a hallway and living room. The glass pairs beautifully with the bronze door coating, as seen in this exquisite home.
