Steel doors and staircase in Utrecht
In this modern home in Utrecht, we created a beautiful separation between the kitchen and the relaxation/play area. This partition consists of stunning double hinged doors with two fixed panels. We also produced and installed the staircase with a steel railing, creating a harmonious whole with beautifully connected spaces.
Dudok steel doors
The Dudok steel doors were chosen for this project. Known for his work characterised by large rectangular panels, Dudok inspired these designs. The doors are finished in Jet Black (RAL 9005) fine texture powder coating. Notably, the Piet Boon handle (DRM-G5L) is also coated in Jet Black, enhancing the clean lines of the doors. The doors are made using the DRM-P10 profile.
Unity between door and staircase
It’s clear that the homeowners aimed for a unified look. The steel door and staircase are perfectly matched, creating a calm yet striking ensemble. The oak treads are finished with a Skylt lacquer, preserving the wood’s natural colour.
