In this eccentric home in Rijnsburg, we installed both steel sliding doors and steel pivot doors. The doors feature the slender DRM-P10 Rank profile. By using the refined powder coating (RAL 9005), the doors seamlessly complement the historic character of the entire home.

The home owes its unique appearance in part to the steel pivot doors. This type of door also has the advantage of opening in both directions, which is highly practical in various situations. The pivot doors are fitted with a pivot system in the floor and ceiling. Thanks to the precise finish, the system remains discreet—ensuring the doors remain a true eye-catcher.
Gropius 6-panel doors
The panel layout of a steel door is a crucial design choice, as the number of panels significantly impacts the overall look. This client opted for an asymmetrical 6-panel Gropius layout, which is especially praised for its balance between industrial design and technical finesse. Within this home, the glass panels add a sense of spaciousness. Although the areas are technically separated, this does not come at the expense of depth in the home. The doors are beautifully finished with the hidden DRM-G1 handles.
