Creativity and craftsmanship with Cuypers steel pivot doors

At the heart of this residence are several steel doors by De Rooy Steel Doors. The Cuypers model—named after architect Pierre Cuypers, whose attention to detail and expressive design inspired our asymmetrical four-panel layout—was chosen. These steel doors provide both a visually appealing and functional passage between different areas. From the spacious kitchen to the inviting living room, each room gains an extra dimension from the steel doors.

In this stunning residence, we installed several steel pivot doors. Positioned beside the custom wall cabinet, the steel doors form a harmonious interplay of textures, lines, and materials. In the kitchen, pivot doors create a seamless transition to the generous living area. The luxurious atmosphere is enhanced by dark cabinetry and the use of Italian Fior di Bosco marble for the worktops.

Designed as a walk-in closet for wine and champagne, this beloved space is accentuated by the stunning steel door, creating a truly inviting entrance. The FritsJurgens pivot system—renowned for its unparalleled functionality—is seamlessly integrated into all doors.
