Steel doors with glass and leather: a perfect combination
Steel doors with glass are beautiful. They allow in ample light and create a sense of space. But sometimes, you want to close off certain areas – such as in this atmospheric home in Katwijk. The residents wanted steel doors, but also needed privacy in the hallway and bathroom. So they chose to install one steel door with glass between the kitchen and hallway, and added leather panels to the other doors. By using the same panel layout and handle, visual unity was maintained. The result is a perfect combination of steel doors with both glass and leather.
Steel doors with leather
The steel doors with leather are clad in full-grain water buffalo leather. This leather is extremely durable, making it ideal for use on steel doors. Characteristic markings and colour variations give the doors a warm and authentic look – perfect in any room. With leather-clad doors, each entrance receives a luxurious and exclusive upgrade.
Dudok panel layout and Osiris Hertman handle
The residents chose the unique Osiris Hertman handle – designed with craftsmanship in mind. The doors feature a Dudok panel layout and are finished with a Jet Black fine texture powder coating. The leather used on the steel doors has an earthy grey tone.
