Double steel doors in Amsterdam home

The first thing you see upon entering is the beautiful single steel door, complemented by an additional top panel. This allows natural light to flow deep into the entrance hall. Despite the dark interior, the entrance feels warm and welcoming.

From the hallway, you walk through the double steel doors into the living room. These double doors create a distinct living space. Yet, thanks to the open character of our glazed pivot doors, the sense of depth within the home is preserved. One door is narrower than the other, giving the impression of a single, cohesive element.

The handles designed by Osiris Hertman are symmetrical and classic. As a result, it’s not immediately apparent that the handles are mounted separately on each door—appearing instead as one large, continuous surface. These symmetrical handles beautifully complement the interior of this elegant home.
