Steel doors: an asset to any commercial building
Steel doors have become indispensable in modern commercial buildings. This is largely due to their luxurious appearance, but from a practical perspective, steel doors are also a valuable addition. Reliable for years, elegant, and offering beautiful natural light. Our steel doors are always tailor-made and the result of pure craftsmanship. With our personal approach and over 125 years of experience, we know better than anyone how important tailor-made steel doors are. We’re happy to show you a few examples.
Unique doors at Van der Valk
In 2016, the Van der Valk hotel in Enschede opened its doors. This atmospheric hotel includes no less than 152 rooms and suites, welcoming thousands of guests each year through the hotel bar. This means that these guests don’t just look at the doors—they use them frequently. No problem for our steel doors! Because the frames of our doors have no weld seams, they are not only more aesthetically pleasing but also significantly stronger. We are very proud to have installed these doors.
Steel doors at Aalberts Bouw
In the modern and stylish office of Aalberts Bouw in Loosdrecht, we installed both single and double steel pivot doors. The result? Fresh and inspiring workplaces. Every detail was thoroughly considered. The steel pivot doors certainly contribute to a pleasant working environment. The subtle Mendelsohn panel layout, in combination with the sleek Edge Pull (DRM-G3), is a delight to the eye. The steel doors are finished in a jet black fine texture powder coating (RAL 9005).
Steel doors in a company in Vienna
De Rooy now also operates outside the Netherlands. For example, we realised a unique project in Austria, right in the heart of Vienna. The interior of this commercial building is a fine mix of classic and modern. Here, our doors take centre stage. Every visitor who enters this building does so through our doors—and we are incredibly proud of that!
Hinged doors in a company in Haarlem
Steel doors are not just suitable for offices but also for other types of organisations, such as this dental practice in Haarlem. For this project, we installed six new hinged doors with five fixed side panels. The steel hinged doors are part of a new interior design developed by Bureau Voor Binnen.
