De Rooy Metaaldesign introduces steel doors with leather
Earlier this month, we introduced our new product for the first time at the ETC Design Center Europe: steel doors with leather. We are the first in the Netherlands to combine steel doors with quality leather in a way that is accessible to everyone. The luxurious leather finish combined with the industrial steel creates a unique result that cannot be found anywhere else.

We value a sustainable way of working. That’s why we opted for high-quality leather. This allows us to guarantee the best quality for our doors with leather. The leather we use comes from water buffaloes that are free to roam throughout their lives. The leather is finished using biodegradable products — something we consider important.

The steel doors with leather are an extension of our existing steel doors with glass. Just like with the steel doors with glass, we also offer endless possibilities when it comes to leather. You can choose the mechanism, panel layout, door hardware, and leather colour yourself. This ensures you get doors like no other. A truly unique product.

Since 2016, we have worked together with Osiris Hertman. According to Osiris Hertman, doors are a piece of jewellery in any interior and symbolise access to something special. We truly value this collaboration, which is why we chose to present our steel doors with leather for the first time in his showroom at the ETC Design Center Europe. The response to the steel doors with leather has been extremely positive.
